Summer is coming to a close in a short time- have you been active enough this year?  Summer is a great time to increase your health level by exercising, eating better and OUTFOXing illness and disease.  Make sure to get in some time for healthy activities before the weather turns cold and drives everyone inside.  Some healthy outdoor activities include hiking, running 5k's, swimming, biking and other games in the park.

Staying active is imperative to your ability to avoid infection and reduce illness and disease.  Your personal infection control plan should include healthy living (exercise, nutrition, etc.) in addition to maintaining high levels of hygiene.  Let OUTFOX help if you're in a rut!  Contact us for more information.
