Hello Teachers! Summer is drawing to a close. We’re all searching for sales on Crayons and looking for the best prices on pencils. When you unlock your classroom in the next few weeks, you might want to keep a few things in mind: · Remind your fellow teachers of the importance of hygiene. Lots of teachers forget how important it is. At your before-school faculty meetings, organize a Hygiene Team to combat germs all year long. This team can help teachers keep a stock of tissues, hand sanitizer and soap. · Get parents involved! In your note home, ask the parents to donate hygiene items to your classroom. Parents understand the importance of a healthy classroom and will be more than willing to send in a few boxes of tissues or Clorox wipes. · Order your GermBling kits! The first of the year is the best time to teach your students good habits to keep your classroom healthy throughout the year. The GermBling system is a great way to get them to understand the importance of good habits. Good luck as you start your year! The first of the year is such a fun time to start over and get to know new students. Goodbye Germs! Mrs. T |
