We released our Standard Precaution Posters in PDF format under a year ago. Since then, thousands of organizations and independent Infection Preventionists have taken advantage of them by posting precautions all over their health facilities. This helped reduce the expense that Infection Control Posters once were. The download rate was incredible!
Now we are releasing a version of our free Standard Precaution Posters in Microsoft Word. This allows your
posters to be customizable by permitting you to add your organization’s logo or other images… and then print them right from your computer. We constructed a white box area for you to insert the desired logo, image, tagline or other phrase.
See the very bottom of this page for downloading links and instructions. The following Word poster versions are available: Standard Precaution Poster (11x17), Droplet Precaution Poster (8.5x11), Contact Precaution Poster (8.5x11), Airborne Precaution Poster (8.5x11), Respiratory Hygiene Etiquette (8.5x8.5). Click links to preview.
Printing free posters from your desktop gives you the flexibility to print however many copies you would like for a small amount (what it costs for paper and ink). Also, you do not have to wait for your infection control posters to come in the mail as your staff and patients suffer without proper hygiene signs.
The ability to order printed and laminated posters still exists. Our posters are in full color and on quality hard stock paper. You can order as little as one poster or get discounts on high volume purchases. Even get a 10% discount when you buy a full set of posters (See here for details). Use the following links to preview the precautions or order printed and laminated posters:

We will work on getting you free templates for the Standard Precaution Labels. What are labels? Mini version of the Standard Precaution Posters that you
can stick on clipboards, computers or other areas for a reminder. You would just need to print them on sticker label paper available through most office supply stores. Tell us if that is a good idea and if you would use them! Email your opinion to info@OUTFOXprevention.com or through our Contact Us fields.
